gene or cancer from the auto-completion drop-down boxes.
- You can use the bar chart to visually observe the number of gene-cancer associations in the search
results.
- You can further observe all reported gene alterations and downstream regulated biological processes
in that gene-cancer search by clicking on the specific bar in the bar chart. These biological
processes are normalized to the GO or HPO concept.
- You can observe all highlighted sentence support related to the query in the table below and further
filter by the search box.
- You can download all the search results by clicking the "Download Sentences for this Gene" or
"Download Sentences for this Cancer" button.
By Gene Set & By Cancer Set:
- You can enter a specific set of genes to search in CancerAlterome and automatically draw a heat map
of "Cancer-downstream biological processes regulation".
- You can hover over the heat map to check the number of a specific "cancer-downstream biological
process regulation" reported in CancerAlterome.
- You can automatically query all the literature evidence support by clicking on any cell in the heat
map and update it in the table below.
